As you walk or drive past our elementary schools, you may have noticed the small statues and wondered what they are.
The statues are copies of local artist Alfonso Ianelli's Midway Garden Sprite sculptures and were donated in memory of Katherine “Kate” Babich, who attended Field School until her sudden death in June 2016.
