Franklin Election!

BREAKING NEWS…..

Our voting polls are closed and the final Franklin Election votes are in. The students and staff have elected the FALCON as the NEW FRANKLIN MASCOT!!! The Falcon received approximately 71% of the votes and the Fox received 28%.

Students and staff also elected Hillary Rodham Clinton as the next president of the United States. Clinton received 64% or our votes and Trump received 36%.

Lastly, students in all grade levels voted for their favorite book. The results are as follows:

Kdg - Pete the Cat

1st - Elephant and Piggy Let’s Go for a Drive

2nd - Diary of a Whimpy Kid

3rd - How to be Cool in Third Grade

4th - Frindle

5th - City of Ember - won by less than 1% margin

Dear Parents of Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grade Students:

Science Olympiad will be held this year on February 4 - please join us for this morning filled with science and engineering challenges in an Olympic-style format!
