3rd Grade Birdhouses
"Flock" to Hodges Park
RESCHEDULED DATE:
May 21 4-5:00 p.m.
All of the third graders in District 64 -- almost 500 of them -- are busy completing a project-in-common. They have glued, hammered and nailed together birdhouses, then personalized them with paints. A reception and exhibit will be held on Wednesday, May 21 from 4-5:00 p.m. at Hodges Park. Rain location: Emerson Middle School.
Records/Planning Day
The 2007-08 school calendar allowed for a records/planning day on June 5, 2008, if sufficient emergency days remained. Because three weather-related emergency days were used, and one records/planning day in March was used, school will be in session Thursday, June 5.
