Supt. Search Jan. 29 & 30 community forums postponed one week; survey extended to Feb. 6

Due to the severe weather conditions, two evening community forums scheduled for January 29 and January 30 have been postponed one week and the online survey has been extended so that all members of the D64 community have an opportunity to participate in developing the New Superintendent Profile that will guide the Board of Education in the selection process for a new leader to begin duties on July 1.

Here is the updated schedule:

#1 - Attend a public forum on Tuesday, February 5 or Wednesday, February 6

Consider providing input in person on the District’s strengths and challenges and the characteristics the next superintendent should possess by attending one of these public forums hosted by School Exec Connect open to all staff, parents and community members:

  • Tuesday, February 5 at Roosevelt Elementary School (auditorium), 1001 S. Fairview, Park Ridge.
  • Wednesday, February 6 at Lincoln Middle School (Learning Resource Center), 200 S. Lincoln, Park Ridge.

The forums will run from 7:00 - 7:45 p.m.

#2 - Complete a short online survey through February 6

Please take this brief online survey from search consultants School Exec Connect through Wednesday, February 6. Responses are anonymous and confidential.
