Eagle Scout builds ukulele carts for two schools

Students at Franklin and Roosevelt schools are enjoying the opportunity to take and return their ukuleles themselves to an efficient new storage cart, thanks to an Eagle Scout project completed by Griffin Annis, current Maine South senior and former Roosevelt student.

Griffin built a specially designed cart for each school that holds 26 ukuleles, providing safer and better organized storage, according to teacher Jennifer Kwasny. Better organization means students can enjoy more time for making music!
