Roosevelt and Emerson will host 2019 Worlds of Wonder summer program

The "Worlds of Wonder" summer program for 2019 is moving!

Roosevelt Elementary School will host the program for students completing grades K-3, while students completing grades 4-7 will attend Emerson Middle School. The new locations were selected as they will not be undergoing major facility renovation projects this summer.

The start times for the programs will be staggered to accommodate families with children at both locations.

The 2019 summer program also has been shortened by one day each session, and the tuition has been lowered to $125 per 13-day class.

Two sessions are planned for 2019:

  • Session 1: Wednesday, June 12 - Friday, June 28
  • Session 2: Monday, July 1 - Friday, July 19
  • No school will be held on Thursday, July 4 and Friday, July 5.

Two classes may be taken during each morning session.

In addition, online registration has been timed to begin during the lunch hour and will open at noon on Friday, March 1. Online registration will close after Thursday, June 6.

District 64 resident priority registration will end April 15; tuition will increase thereafter to $145.

Look for course information in mid-February!
