 Registration for Upcoming 2013-14 School Year

We're glad you've decided to enroll your child in our schools!  Registration of new/transfer students for the 2013-14 school year is underway! 

When?
Registration is conducted in person at the schools by parents/guardians on an ongoing basis during school hours. 

Where?
For school contact information, click here.  Need help identifying your local school?  Consult the map of school attendance zones or stop by the District 64 office at 164 S. Prospect Ave., Park Ridge, to check a full-size map.

How?
To receive a registration/health packet by mail, call the local school office or District 64 office (847-318-4300). 

Who?
To register for kindergarten, a child must be five years old on or before September 1, 2013.

NOTE:  To complete your student’s registration in District 64, you will need to provide proof of residency. Please see Page 3 of the Enrollment Form for residency requirements.  If you are unable to produce all three (3) residency documents, please register in person at:  District 64 Educational Service Center, 164 S. Prospect Avenue, Park Ridge, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., 847-318-4300.

Instrumental music: Registration information will be available later this spring for students entering grades 4-8 about the band and orchestra music program.  

 



Early Entrance to Kindergarten or First Grade for 2013-14

If you are interested in learning about requirements for early entrance, please contact the District 64 Pupil Services Department at 847-318-4337.  All applications must be received by March 22, 2013 for the 2013-14 school year.
