Paper registration forms are available at all school offices, at Extended Day, and at the District Office

 

JEFFERSON SUMMER CAMP 2012 - General Information

DATES: June 11th through August 15th, 2012

AGES: Students entering kindergarten through 6th grade

ACTIVITIES: Arts, Crafts, Organized Games, Outdoor Activities, Recycling, Gardening, Sports, Swimming Lessons and more

SPECIAL EVENTS: Picnics, Barbeques, Local Walking Trips, Field Trips to Water Parks, Museums, and more

FOOD: Students bring their own lunch; morning and afternoon snacks are provided.

OPTIONS: Students can attend for half-days (7:00 AM – 1:00 PM  or 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM) or full days (7:00 AM - 6:00 PM).

**FEES: Half-days are $30.00 and full days are $50.00

REGISTRATION: On-line at the District 64 Web Store; paper applications can be picked up at the District office, school buildings, or printed from the links below.
