Our Extended Day Kindergarten students enjoyed the holiday spirit by going to Emerson Middle School for a Holiday concert! Under the direction of Emerson's band director, Mr. Bachmann, taught the students about the four musical instrument families, how to direct a band as a conductor, and how to play a kazoo. The seventh and eighth grade band members played a variety of holiday songs and the EDK students joined in with their own kazoos! It was a great experience for our students and hope that some will become future band members!
