Early Childhood Diagnostic Team

Do you wonder if your child is developing on time, or if the behaviors you see are appropriate? 

We offer a variety of services to children living within or attending private-parochial schools within District 64.  Our team is comprised of a psychologist, social worker, occupational therapist, and speech therapist.  A physical therapist and nurse also work with us, as needed.  Our services include preschool age screenings, infant and toddler screenings, a variety of evaluations, including play-based assessment, classroom observation, and standardized motor/cognitive/speech/language evaluations.  

Preschool Screenings 
On a monthly basis preschool screenings are offered for children ages 2 years, 9 months old through 5 years, 11 months old.   Please call Jefferson School at 847-318-4290 to schedule an appointment for one of our upcoming screenings.

Infant & Toddler Screenings
