Tiger Trot is "Back on Track" at Roosevelt

Tiger Trot is "Back on Track" at Roosevelt

The annual Tiger Trot at Roosevelt Elementary School brought out the speed in the Tigers. Students celebrated being back on the track for the PTO's biggest fundraiser of the year by sprinting around the oval to the sounds of cheers from family and friends.

The Roosevelt PTO plans on using the proceeds from today to add shade along the track to provide cover for students during recess and PE, as well as updating the library and awarding teacher grants.

A terrific day supporting students and our community. The day was even sweeter because it marked the return of the fan-favorite event to the track. Last year, students ran around the building because of construction on the Roosevelt field.

Thank you to all who made it happen!
