Girls Just Wanna Have Fun by Mrs. Lech

Tonight was the first annual Carpenter Daddy/Daughter Dance! Carpenter girls and their Daddy dates arrived arm in arm ready for fun! The girls were  dressed beautifully; I immediately started taking photos!

The lights turned down, the dance lights turned up, and the music started beating. The line for the photo booth was a huge hit. Meanwhile, other dates enjoyed a visit to the dessert table where sprinkled cupcakes awaited. Soon the dance floor started swarming with girls jumping, singing along, and throwing their hands in the air. Dads took pictures and some showed off their own dancing talents.

Thank you to our wonderful PTO for a fabulous night. As your assistant principal, I left with a smile on my face knowing this fun-loving Carpenter community is a very special place.
