Track-a-Thon Assembly Exciting End to Red Ribbon Week

Track-a-Thon Assembly Exciting End to Red Ribbon Week

Carpenter had an all-school assembly at 2:45 pm on Friday, October 24th.  The assembly was a terrific way to end Red Ribbon Week. It is also an annual tradition at Carpenter where our students gather to celebrate, watch a video of the track-a-thon event, learn who won various raffle prizes, and reward the homeroom winners for the most money raised and most laps run.  The event ends with the most exciting announcement; the children learn how much money their collaborative effort raised for the school.  Thank you to our Track-a-Thon Committee members and photographers, and to all of our families who helped contribute to the event through organizing, participating, or donating.  Thank you to the PTO who works with the school in finding wonderful, creative ways to utilize the funds to help support our students.
