D64 Facilities Tour: Elementary Schools

D64 Facilities Tour: Elementary Schools

District 64 leaders have carefully examined our facilities over the past six months, and we have revised our Master Facilities Plan to address critical needs within our buildings. This process involved extensive meetings with staff, community members, stakeholders, law enforcement officials, and architects.

"I feel like my job is to just give you the unvarnished truth about how things are going," said Superintendent Dr. Ben Collins at one of his Beans, Brew & Ben events. "I just want to be really honest with all of you about what I see as the state of things."

It all boils down to how we can Protect our buildings. Protect our children. Preserve our future.

This video will tour all five elementary school buildings: Carpenter, Field, Franklin, Washington, and Roosevelt. It is important to show our families and the community what these spaces look like.
