Welcome to Field School!
Who are we, you might ask? We are a community of learners, with over 600 children in grades K-5, nearly 75 staff members, and more than 450 families. Our children are dynamic, energetic learners who are actively engaged in the basic building blocks of education, such as reading, writing and math, as well as art, music, physical education and Spanish.
We believe that students also need opportunities to become respectful people. Each of our children participates in service learning projects, such as creating books with themes of kindness and friendship, which are then donated to school libraries in need of materials. Our PTO, working side by side with staff members and students, helped to create a "Peaceful Playground", filled with games and opportunities for students to learn creative ways to resolve conflicts and problems, as well as have fun! We honor our children's acts of kindness with our "Caught Being Good" program.
So, who are we? We are a school filled with creative, active children, thoughtful, hard-working staff members, and nurturing, supportive parents. As adults, our goal is to construct an environment where our children can thrive. So, welcome to Field School, a spot where the future is thoughtfully growing!
