Congratulations to Carpenter's Young Authors

I wanted to take the time to say thank you to all of our young authors who have submitted stories to the Young Authors District Competition. The following student's stories were chosen as the grade level winners and will represent Carpenter in the district competition:

Kindergarten: Charlie the Gecko by Ethan

1st Grade: The Magic Teddy Bear by Katie

2nd Grade: The Cat and the Doughnut by Audrey and Emma

3rd Grade: Cheetahs Can Talk by Audrey and Violet

4th Grade: Pencil and Pen by Kaitlyn and Sayuki

5th Grade: Soar by Maren

Everyone can be a writer.  I'd like to encourage our students continued creativity!  Keep writing!
