Last night, the Emerson PTO hosted a Pizza Wars contest in Emerson's Multipurpose Room. The evening was a huge success with over two hundred people attending.
Attendees enjoyed slices of deep dish and thin crust pizza from 13 various locations including: Armand's, Dino's, Cici’s, D’Agostino’s, Giordano’s, Graziano's, Kiddie Kingdom, Lou Malnati’s, Moretti’s, Nancy’s, Rosati's, Vince's, and Village Inn.
Desserts were provided by Nothing Bundt Cakes and Yogli Mogli.
During the tasting, we were treated to music from Emerson students.
Each person participating in this event was able to vote for their favorite pizza. The winner was Lou Malnati’s pizza, with Giordano's coming in second and Kiddie Kingdom in third.
