Dave Esau from Dave's Speciality Foods spoke to the 8th grade Foods classes today. He talked with the students about the importance of healthy eating and making smart choices when it comes to food. Students were impressed that he made homemade pasta and a delicious apple dessert in only 20 minutes! They all left happy after trying some samples of his tasty treat.
