Emerson and Maine South graduate, Jessica Franco, visited Ms. Arnold's Foods classes on Friday, January 15th. Jessica is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Baking and Pastry at Kendall College. She outlined a typical day in culinary school, informed students about possible careers in the culinary field and amazed us with pictures of pastries she has made.
