Emerson eighth graders present museum of American history

As one of their favorite year-end activities, Emerson's entire eighth grade presented a history "museum" recently, featuring over 80 interactive exhibits covering all eras in American history.

Topics ranged from: Bunker Hill to Iwo Jima; music from the 1940s to today; the role women played in both World Wars and in sports; aviation from the Wright Brothers to the Moon landing -- including the role of Sputnik in launching the Space Race; and much more!
