D64 teachers present at national middle school conference

Presenting on a topic of keen current interest -- “Fact or Fake? Decoding Online News” -- Lincoln's Denise Reeder (photo/left) and Christine Thielen shared insights with fellow educators at the recent Association for Middle Level Education’s annual conference. AMLE is a global non-profit association devoted to supporting those who work with young adolescents. Mrs. Thielen serves on AMLE's Board of Trustees. AMLE also is currently helping guide the work of District 64's Middle School Review Committee.
