Washington Read-In

Washington Read-In

Walk-A-Thon Read-In

On Friday, December 11th, Washington students participated in a whole school read-in.  Students wore their pajamas to school and brought in a variety of books to read for an hour in the gym. This was a great way to give students a break from their classroom and promote literacy at the same time.  It was great to see students engaged in their reading whether they were reading on their own or being read to by their teachers.  Overall, it was great day!  Thank you to all the students, teachers and parents who helped make this day successful.
