New school year begins on Monday, August 26

District 64 teachers and staff are looking forward to welcoming about 4,600 students for the new school year!

Grades 1-8 will have a full day on Monday, August 26. Kindergartners will follow an orientation schedule on Monday, and will have their first typical day on Tuesday, August 27. Jefferson's pre-K program also will begin on Wednesday, August 28.

We look forward to a great year of teaching and learning!

Core/classroom announcements for most grades will be emailed beginning the afternoon of August 19 after 1 p.m. Students must be fully registered to receive a placement.
