Mrs. Daly worked with the Boy Scouts on January 12th to earn their scholar badge. The boys learned what it means to be a scholar. The importance of academics, behavior and work ethic was emphasized. We also talked about Washington's ROARS matrix and why it is important to be respect, take ownership, have a great attitude, be responsible and safe throughout life. This was tied to both the academic life as well as the importance of being a good citizen.
