Upon information and belief, this project was commenced on or about January 24, 2019. We request a copy (non-certified) of the performance and payment bonds furnished to Park Ridge-Niles School District 64 by the prime contractor for this Project. This request is made in order to verify the existence of bonding and to comply with all requirements contained in the terms of the above-referenced bonds and should not be construed against the contractor’s credit. Due to the distance involved, we do not wish to inspect the documents. Time is of the essence. Please email copies of those documents identified in paragraph number four (4) above to me at saz@laforceinc.com as soon as possible so that we have a reasonable opportunity to meet all of the timing requirements contained in the terms of the bonds.
