The June 14 special meeting was devoted to a Board discussion surrounding the draft School Resource Officer Intergovernmental Agreements and an extended public comment period. The Board reached a consensus to form a special Board SRO Committee to develop a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that will further define the operations of a pilot program at the two middle schools. The Board is expected to discuss the composition of the committee and plans for its work at the June 25 regular Board meeting.
