The Board conducted a special meeting on November 29, 2018 to discuss the applications received for a Board Member vacancy, created by the resignation of member Eastman Tiu on November 15, 2018. The Board publicly review the three applications received and interviewed the candidates during the open meeting. 

The Board reached consensus to appoint former Board member Bob Johnson of Park Ridge to the vacant seat on the Board at its next regular meeting on Monday, December 10. Mr. Johnson will serve until the new Board is seated following the upcoming municipal elections in April. Read the full news release here.
