Board of Education Fills Vacancy

Park Ridge-Niles School District 64

The Board of Education of Park Ridge-Niles School District 64 selected a new Board member at their special meeting held on February 28, 2022.

Larry Ryles, who served on the Board from 2017-2021, will fill the seat left by Rebecca Little who resigned earlier this year.

Ryles has been a member of the Park Ridge Planning and Zoning Commission.   He  previously served eight years on the Center for Concern Board, has worked extensively with Illinois and Iowa Kiwanis, chairing two state-wide committees, and served as an Army Command Sergeant Major in the 101st Airborne Division.

Ryles will be sworn into his District 64 Board of Education seat at the March 17 Board meeting.
