PT3 meets for the first time this school year

The first gathering of PT3 was held on Thursday, November 9. Staff members and families targeted our shared goal of analyzing District 64's current continuum of services for students receiving special education support. PT3 unpacked the committee's observations, which met and observed neighboring districts over the past two months.

PT3 identified supports and posed important questions to consider for the committee as it continues visiting school districts. The work of PT3, in tandem with the Student Service Action Plan Committee, will guide our District recommendations to strengthen our practices and best serve our students.

If you are interested in attending, please join us for our next meeting on Thursday, January 11, from 6 - 8 PM in the Hendee Professional Learning Center at Jefferson. We look forward to reimagining the possibilities of programming together!

Together We Discover, Learn, Grow & Care

At D64, our mission is to foster opportunities for discovery, engagement, and growth for all students. We accomplish this by nurturing interdependence, appreciation of differences, and care for self and others.
