Young Author Award winners announced for 2025

Congratulations to these incredible creatives for earning the District Award for their Young Author Manuscripts!

The Young Authors Contest is an independent, voluntary, at-home project for students interested in writing and publishing their work for others to read. This year we had more than 200 writers submit work. This year's stories spanned a range of themes, from grief to humor, magic to mystery and present day to historical fiction.

Excellent job from this year's winners!
