The Strategic Plan Scorecard
To keep our community informed and hold ourselves accountable, we will publish a Strategic Plan Scorecard. Each year, we will share the specific strategic priorities that have gone through the planning process, along with clear data to show how we are performing.
We will provide an update in Winter 2026 as we start benchmarking the data.

Goal:
By the end of the 2026-27 school year, 70% of elementary students and 65% of middle school students will meet their MAP Reading growth targets.

Strategic Priority: Tiered Responses
Goal:
By the end of the 29/30 school year, no more than 5% of students will have repeated (2 or more) Level 2 or 3 behavior logs. The goal for 26-27 is 9%.

Strategic Priority: Fund Balance
Goal:
At the end of the 2026-2027 school year the operating fund expenditures will come in 1% below the amount budgeted for the 2026-2027 fiscal year resulting in a better fund balance than projected.
