Early Childhood Diagnostic Team and Early Childhood Program

A service and program based at Jefferson School that provides diagnostic services to 3- and 4-year-old children.

District 64's Early Childhood Diagnostic Team provides diagnostic services to determine student's needs and eligibility for special education programs and services.

Children found eligible are provided service in blended classrooms and an instructional classroom. The blended classes are made up of students with special needs and tuition-paying community students.

The Early Childhood program also provides itinerant speech services to eligible students.
